Raznic conversation with JN, when JN told Raznic he realize after the final prototype was finished that he was naive about the manufacture process. Even though JN for years was touting the advantage of Solar3d cell was it would ready fit on conventional solar panel manufacture lines.

By his own admission JN was naive when he was telling potential investors this with certainty. In other words he didn't know that the cell would require special manufacturing setup, when he told investors this. He lied and here is your proof.
