Abe was Sunworks owner before it got acquired. You truly think Abe would go through it if cell wasn't on the table? It wasn't his exit, remember, he's still very actively involved.
Now, over the years it didn't work out -but it doesn't mean it wasn't on the table.

If you're indeed such an earnest "truth-seeker", why don't you email Abe and ask him? Why keep posting speculation without proof?
