Didn't Cede and Co. do the voting for most of the shareholders. I know that I did not get to vote on anything. MDMN is the only company that I have never received a proxy from. That should have been a wake up call.

What possessed you put a million dollars into a penny stock unless it was not that significant in relation to your total net worth?

Why should AURYN be penalized for the actions of MDMN directors and officers? Were they responsible to read the Nevada law and filings?

It would seem to me that there must be some legal precedent that is similar to the legal concept of "estoppel" that AURYN could raise.

MDMN shareholders would have to look to those MDMN officers and directors who allowed and participated in the transfer of the property
for recourse.
