Maurizio and auryn were not responsible for the actions or lack of actions by the directors of mdmn and i doubt Maurizio ever had any reason to read the Nevada statutes

AURYN didn't do their due diligence or fulfill their fiduciary duties through their rep. Mr. Letts. He found the weak sections of Medinah corporate side and exploited them for the benefit of AURYN.

Mr. Letts is the person who should be front and center to be sued with the other Directors.
