1- This delays was done for insiders to buy shortly after increase AS
2- LOGICALLY he well knows the laws, that he be incriminating himself by he him tweeting he is injecting capital and paying debts and releasing fins & promising investors-- if it's all is FALSE !!
He is smarter than that . He is not doing such if he doesn't know he actually true .
