Fine, but the 10q does not show that. It does show 8.2 BILLION shares in OS. Obviously the AS reduction was the tail wagging the dog so the massive dilution was "ignored".
Given the circumstances I don't see how it can get any better then that. Note holder must know something we don't to be willing to do so. Especially being the only note holder... that called TRUST in your investment!!
