HA! Another failed LOI... seems that is really Wild Willy's forte'.

Have any of his LOIs.. EVER worked out... Nope, I don't think so.

The first one I remember reading was in 2014... wonder how that one is going, I have forgotten who it was with... no doubt it worked out great. HA!

This isn't an LOI but it is "news" from 2011... when Billy was excited about Boeing... the first time...
