For the case on hand who is CEO or who isn't doesnt really have much of an outcome. It's a matter of company liabilities. If there is a case that SRSR owes the monies - The court will find in Currahs favor.
Personal - If scott and he are truly friends I would assume that Currahs move will not be highly appreciated by Scott - This gives Dan a day in court to claim foul and work to expose all real issues at last. IMO
Interesting, so Scott increased shareholder value ... Did this "value" magically disappear when evil Dan took over, or was Scotts added "value" maybe just a bump? Which lasting value did Scott exactly add in his CEO years at SRSR? You have a very strange understanding of shareholder value.
