For the case on hand who is CEO or who isn't doesnt really have much of an outcome. It's a matter of company liabilities. If there is a case that SRSR owes the monies - The court will find in Currahs favor.

Personal - If scott and he are truly friends I would assume that Currahs move will not be highly appreciated by Scott - This gives Dan a day in court to claim foul and work to expose all real issues at last.
IMO
