Who do you think they will dilute shares to? There's no buyers ATM they will need to build interest again and the only way to do that is to prop up the price via fluff news to dilute into. You think that penny land is filled with great company's cmon man they're all crappy company's. Just go keep trading in company's that are at the top of their pump and sell for a loss like MMEX.
