At some point all the analysis, speculation connection of dots etc etc is meaningless!

This is not science! It's the market a relatively corrupt system for investment.
The most well run companies that follow all the sec rules can and are fundamental corrupt. Examples abound Enron, silver contracts in the 60's, default credit swaps, high speed trading.

It's a gamble no matter how you look at it. Trying to determine what will happen by what has happened is fruitless.

I invested because I believe in the tech. The governance is always a gamble.

So call it what it is a gamble. Nothing more nothing less.

I sure hope not i find it hard to believe the government would give a grant to anyone without knowing they were going to put the money for its intended use but cant trust anything ive owned npwz for 5 years now cant believe time flew by that fast on the bright side of things its 5 years later into the future and fuel cell and lithim batteries are on the verge of take over its nice to think neah power has a battery 6 × more energy dense than the leading tesla brand ! I seem to remember that part of the process for obtaining a DOE grant was to provide evidence of sufficient funding to cover the required costs.
