I dont have access to Pacer but I just got a response from the attorney. This wasnt the judges judgement - it was request for default judgment.

He was obviously talking to his attorney. :-)

"The" was referring to "my" attorney. You are correct - they absolutely would not be able to discuss the case.

He was just relaying what was filed.
