I have access to pacer and apparently the outerwebs are reduced to fabricating attorney calls claiming it was hjoe asking for and initiating action with the judge. Nothing could be further from the truth. hjoe hasn't showed up for like forever. Note another attorney bailing on hjoe. Now the principal is pro bono himself probably using his supposed attorney wife for assistance. lmao - :>)
