At least Biel is an OPEN BOOK investment. Everything is availalbe to the public.

Biel proved to the SEC that they can trade 17 million dollars under the stock ticker and sell more than 2.3 billion shares and continue to be a vibrant stock, even after the judge initial decision. Thus, the SEC concern is mute.

There is no darkness here and wishful thinking. There are facts!
