I failed to mention one more factor that adversely affected the majority of those that invested in Echo. IMHO, after the shareholders voted to replace the Mooney regime with the PP Goldturd puppets along with their MTIA accomplices, the retail investors were fed a steady diet of positive propaganda designed to drive up the share price to a high of $2.839. Then, transparency was intentionally shut off. Milestones were not met. Many of the BOD, auditor & CEO departures as well as the NASDAQ delisting, PP indictment, et al, were not announced per 8-K filings. If they were announced, most of the shareholders would have sold their positions and walked away with dignity as well as a large portions of their initial investments. This, of course, would not have been beneficial to the carefully planned pump and dump scheme that was criminally carried out by PP. This history of corporate pillaging is well documented and is the motus operandi of PP! I won't even attempt to try to piece together all of the other tertiary and complicit accomplices that were crucial to successfully executing this scam!
Now, will all the parties involved in this fraud ever be held accountable? I have no idea what
