If Alan refuses to pay the cost of filing bankruptcy, what makes you think that most of us on this board will not pitch in the $2500 to file bankruptcy on behalf of Echo? As shareholders, we do have the right. Now, if this happens, what will become of all of your theories? Imagine! Then bankruptcy will happen and PP & its puppets and MTIA will be tied up in litigation, personal liability & potential criminal charges once a blood-sucking ambulance chaser joins the party! All of their assets as well as Echo's assets could be frozen and be tied up for years! All of a sudden the majority note holders plans could backfire without guarantees to Echo's assets!
If those on this board are interested, let's work together to make this happen ASAP. We would need a person or persons in the NYC area to file in the Southern District of Manhattan. Also, we would need to cover the expenses needed to keep Echo incorporated in Delaware.
