Thanks Evaluate, that's similar to the email Cherry Tree received. Maybe the thing to do is think about it in reverse. Let's say its been in the development stage for 3 months. That still puts the publication date for approximately February 2018 right on track if approved. Consider Les's statement to Jack. 6 months + 2 from trial completion. Backtrack from February 2018 by 8 months = June 2017. NWBO needs to get a move on if the trial is successful.

I find the number 43 interesting, as it is a prime number...you typically don't see prime numbers in averages...median, sure, mean? Not so much.
