Everyone figured there would be dilution to clean up the balance sheet but I am stunned they only sold $300,000 in the last quarter.

What about the last lender. Anything on them in the filing?

Learn the wine industry. First quarter is not great for wine sales. Never has been. Numbers are good though.

your comparing first quarter to yearly. nowhere does it say in the yearly that 360k was just for december so there is probably some leftover from bivi thrown in there.

what if they delayed shipment from the last 2 weeks of December to early January and we saw $600k in sales for Q1, not a very wise business decision, but the fins would've looked much better...everyone would be going nuts...in the initial stages of a rollout quarters cannot be looked at individually, rather they need to be looked collectively...until we have a few quarters under our belt it will be very difficult to get a real look into how well this product is actually selling.
