Chicago was the winner of the poll on Twitter. But to my knowledge they have not officially announced the opening of a 4th location.

It's speculation. There was a poll put out on Twitter by the AMFIL handle asking if we think the next location should be in Vancouver or Chicago. Chicago won the vote.

That does not mean that the next location will be in Chicago.
