You're not getting this. First, you didn't know about this recent 3(a)(10) suit until I posted about it here on the 18th, last Thursday:

Second, there hasn't been enough volume for Oshana to dump all 140 million shares. He needs much more volume than he personally generates with his own sales. Absent that, the price would crash very quickly.

Third, this will probably happen again. The company's already dealt with Oshana twice. It's a convenient way to get your shareholders to pay for stuff you want to buy.
