Let's see. Earlier this month, ETBI's board announced that its last three quarterly reports cannot be relied upon and must be restated:

And on 9 May, Samuel Oshana's Northbridge Financial filed a civil complaint against the company in connection with debt it had purchased:

The lawsuit was settled on 10 May:

It resulted in the issuance of immediately freetrading 3(a)(10) stock worth about $750,000. The exact amount of stock issued is unknown at this time, but obviously it would have been quite large.
