Regarding a few other issues with $CDNL:

Yes Kevin is back working after attending to a family emergency.

Biwater is involved with providing clean water for large populated areas in Cameroon and CDNL is involved with providing clean water in rural areas where there is no electricity, which is why the Redbird units that are powered by solar energy is perfect for these areas. The problem has been that these rural areas were not as high of priority as the heavier populated areas of Cameroon that required clean drinking water.

Now CDNL is in a very good position to get the financing approved, after having broken down the project into smaller stages that keeps each contract under the $10 Mil limit put in place by the EXIM Bank. I really believe the EXIM Bank is very slow in approving things and it's taking longer than anticipated, which is why KJ has remained tight lipped until he gets the final word.

Before everyone was screaming mad when he would say something before it was approved and now that he is waiting on EXIM Bank, some folks are now upset that he isn't telling us what's going on as we wait. Now with that said, he should not have stated he was going to give an update and then not follow through, but this family emergency is what caused the delay. Now he is back at work and I think we hear something shortly.

I THINK WE ARE VERY CLOSE NOW! EXIM Bank can't drag this out any further. They have to make a final decision and they have to do it NOW! That is where we are at right now! Despite the unfounded chatter going on without any DD being done, this is the REAL situation here. This is all I know and I hope to hell EXIM stops dragging their feet and make their decision in the coming days! I'm holding & waiting for good reason. Cheers!
