Why is it showing a volume of 30 mil if those orders haven't gone through? If everybody is asking but nobody's bidding how's that gonna help the price grow? 2's will come up only if there are enough bidders (buyers) and their orders get filled. The filled ones get knocked out and the ones following will be bidding at the next higher tick and so on. That's how you build the bid. I haven't seen that happen here.
