As I said, I have no material interest in this. But what is really concerning is a system allowing a company to "legally screw" (as you say) who invested money in it. If tomorrow the wind changes and a "golden company" like Apple would do this, you would say it's OK. For me it's not OK. It is a perverted practice and not everyone was informed, especially the small people.
