Can you explain to me why the former CEO is trying to clean up this shell so well before selling? Is he just trying to improve his returns on the sale? Will he have a vested interest in the new company? I'm just a little confused as to all the PR's regarding the incoming company by a CEO on his way out. Thanks in advance for the input.
