The First Hint..........

that this deal is a for real quality deal is, EXAD has abandoned trying to get the "Chill" removed "on the cheap" with some lawyer. Instead, they are willing to "Pay the Tote" for someone like Island Stock Transfer, to arbiter the Chill removal and entry into the DTC System.
Island Stock Transfer is a quality transfer agent (check out their site). Quality does not come cheap. Think Ford Focus versus a Mercedes. The simple act of dumping their lawyer and hiring Island Stock Transfer, to have EXAD entered into the DTC system, speaks volumes to me.
