When u lend the co. millions, the people lending the money are in control. Noteholders want their money back with interest or they take over the co. The co. can't pay so game over.

Legal? this is an Hoax, for the lack of a better word. I don't own this but I feel very sad for people losing everything day after day. I congratulate the SEC, this is far worse than insider trading.
