The accredited investment in Oncolix as a private company, is one of the most important aspects of AEPP as a reverse merger/pharma play.

People assume that these private offerings will automatically end up as debt to the company. That is not necessarily the case.

These accredited investors are likely participating in these offerings, for a percentage of the future revenue when/if Prolanta goes to market.

When you have an accredited investor like the Ernest Mario Family Fund, participating in these private offerings, it should get everyone’s attention.

Ernest Mario? Anyone?

CEO of Glaxo before it became GlaxoSmithKline NYSE: GSK.

Also Chairman and CEO of Alza Corporation based in Palo Alto, CA, from 1993 until the company was purchased by Johnson & Johnson Inc, NYSE: JNJ in 2001.

AEPP potential? Uh…yes, I think so.

Ok thanks. Why would he buy the shell and not use it? He wants to uplist Oncolix to NASDAQ eventually
