But you would have to agree, this is why right now we all have the opposite to buy in at an amazingly discounted value... because we do not know all of the answers yet.

I think once we do get answers, even if it's at a fraction of the wildest estimations, this stock is still severely undervalued.

I like the the action right now at this level...yes we don't have the answers, yet.. but we all love the idea of what they could be... and maybe not in the first quarter...

But this is a conglomerate that GETS IT DONE.

Since you are new here, you know very little about what has been discussed in the past. At this point, most of what you are questioning has already been discussed, hashed and rehashed and we know what the answers are to most of them. We are waiting on the ticker symbol, then the Q1 audited financials will be released along with very informative PR's. The audited financials will include the balance sheet, the income statement and probably a cash flow statement as well as footnotes detailing any disclosures that need to be provided and should set your mind at ease, since you are an accountant!

It looks like your response to my response to this message was deleted and I just wanted to let you know why there are no solid financials out yet.

The reason that there are no financials yet is because we are still waiting on the Q1, 2017 financials, which will provide us with all the particulars of what was RM'ed into this shell in Q1, 2017. There are financials out there that had to be filed to bring the old DOLV current as of December 31, 2016, but they are useless because the full battery and car company were not merged into DOLV until Q1, 2017.

By the way, I wasn't being condescending, I just thought that you were very knowledgeable about the financial statements, so I thought that you were an accountant. By the way, this isn't your typical fundamental type stock, nor is this your typical Chinese company that you may have been involved with. The DD that was done, found that the owner of the shell is a billionaire as well as numerous other major players in the holding company are also billionaires.
