It looks like your response to my response to this message was deleted and I just wanted to let you know why there are no solid financials out yet.

The reason that there are no financials yet is because we are still waiting on the Q1, 2017 financials, which will provide us with all the particulars of what was RM'ed into this shell in Q1, 2017. There are financials out there that had to be filed to bring the old DOLV current as of December 31, 2016, but they are useless because the full battery and car company were not merged into DOLV until Q1, 2017.

By the way, I wasn't being condescending, I just thought that you were very knowledgeable about the financial statements, so I thought that you were an accountant. By the way, this isn't your typical fundamental type stock, nor is this your typical Chinese company that you may have been involved with. The DD that was done, found that the owner of the shell is a billionaire as well as numerous other major players in the holding company are also billionaires.
