Then you are reading something completely different than I have. My read is that the new SUNE is a controlled liquidation that will run as a private company. It will cease to be a development company completely. It has no money to buy and develop new projects. It will only have enough proceeds from the sale to tranche b holders to maintain about 50 employees continuing admin operations until the contracted earnouts are distributed. There will be no retained earnings or reinvestment and likely no new capital raises after they emerge. There is no more intangible value behind the SUNE brand. Most of their divisions have been shuttered or sold off during BK. Their employees have all left. They are nothing but a shell company with some remaining contracts with value. All proceeds from earnouts will be paid as dividends to the new SUNE shareholders.
