Well the biggest "issue" I have been able to dig up is the difficulty in obtaining tradional bank financing to purchase Grozone since MJ is not legal federally. Especially harder for existing MJ grow operations than startups since they can include in their budgets. Dogman has brought this up before as well.
And also someone in law enforcement was telling me yesterday that another related issue is not being able to deposit money generated from MJ sales into banks legally.
