I debate what news will be better. Franchising the Hibachi Grills, like Benihanas did, or just expand within the company like Panda Express did. Either way will make a fortune, but what is better for the stock price? I'm not sure. The downtown Miami Hibachi has been open since 2010, so obviously our CEO knows how to run restaurants.
