Yep, patiently waiting on OTC update with 10-Q. Just the facts, No one puts out an 8K claiming ownership, then files two outstanding 10-K's (not required to do) with an accompanying attorney letter verifying validity of 10-K's only to not file any subsequent quarterly reports. Doesn't make logical sense. 1st and 2nd quarter reports are coming and they will show profits. Mark it.
