The continued extension of the P2 is great evidence that we are getting results. They keep adapting and are probabaly making the results better and better as underdosed and overdosed move to the optimal dose. Plus they are proving long-term efficacy and safety. Exactly the things to get the FDA to say yes to accelerated approval.
Besides, it would be inhumane to bring these patients back to the light and not let them continue just because the official trial time is over. They should stay in trial until approval.
