I believe SEC is still extremely impotent. I follow a couple of penny's that are obviously scams. The principle made tens of millions with no real product and continued lies with continued massive dilution but cronies pumping away and paid PR firms printing positive news. This has been going on for years regulators informed yet nothing done.
