I like the possibility of a merger. With their website and social media accounts shutting down soon, a new company shall rise (Nxterra? Nxenergi?)
It may be a long shot but worth holding to see how this company develops. Why spend precious capital on SEC filing when they are still trying to obtain licensing agreement or a company to buy them out possibly? There is lot of upside with their PowerChip battery.

"We have launched a number of promotions planned towards 360Fly in the action camera market. And we have a new body camera scheduled for fall launch that will also open new distribution channels."
We know that D'Couto did not get funded, so how could he have produced any batteries ? They would not have been able to use NEAH inside for a late spring launch.
However, if he did something with the 2.5 billion shares he recently released from the A/S such as sell a portion of the company for funding. Someone would have time to make an initial production run of batteries by fall.
