Wow, thanks for the link - this only heightens the curiosity for me regarding the outcome of the Nebraska litigation. FINRA has sided with COR, and the DTCC submitted highly confidential data thru COR in Nebraska after COR decided against suing DTCC. What started out as such a seemingly weak case now looks like there could be money rolling in on multiple fronts, lol.
