Why wouldn't they?? I can't imagine them structuring a deal that would hurt themselves?? I am also hard pressed to believe that we wouldn't benefit somehow by a merger or by selling the company?
When I sell something I tend to tailor it to my benefit. Who wouldn't? Why shouldn't they be rewarded for their efforts? They win, we longs win. Flippers not so much.
