I do not know for sure but I am under the impression it's September or October. Can't say for sure though.

I don't think it can be with the IPR anyways.

Last Notice I saw was June 19th to consider the Stay on the case until the IPR is decided. I'm hoping the IPR will get dismissed before then. If it is dismissed, we will see the 7 existing lawsuits settled along with a few more that have not been filed yet. Good times are ahead.
