No he is not coming short he doing it to give feeling of uncertainty to slow price movements.. !!
He tweets , then disappeared then comes back .. then says Fins coming .. then delayed .. btw , I believe it's true the FINS , financing and debts payment had been done .. I have no reason to doubt that it won't because he is actively tweeting all the time .. so won't jeopardize his position legally if it's not true .. I will be highly surprised if he is not saying the truth .!!
The rest is for us to see .. and fill the blanks in the mean time .
