COR always said Nobilis and Beaufort didn't alert them to possible problems with the issuance. And of course we know that note was backdated. Maybe COR brought that up, though they never mentioned it in the federal suit.
But why would the arbitration have only involved Nobilis? Why not Beaufort as well? Or did it?
