I'd like to think that the check is on the way and its just a formality to be paid. I figured that was basically the whole reason to go to Cameroon last time in the first place. Maybe he is just biding his time until a decision is made. I was not very happy with his tweet about reviewing the update if he had some time in California "Jumping on a flight to CA but should have some review time". I thought it was very condescending thing to say with so much at stake for so many people.
