Plex how short our memories are of the old manipulation days. The good Dr.. used to release info regularly only to have the share price implode time and time again. I remember a shareholder contact IR and ask what he company was doing to prevent this and the response was (paraphrasing) that they were discussing but that there was differing views on how to combat the manipulation. IMHO the Dr. is lining up the trials, looking for funding sources through the Cures ACT, and making sure that when they start that they have the utmost well designed protocol's so they meet their endpoints. All else is noise right now! Really, I truly believe he is busy as it gets in the Bio world so shareholders should give him a break and believe that he is doing all he can to progress the company forward. Its not a coveted position to be in right now fighting tooth and nail swimming around with the sharks in the tank. At least the price has stabilized. Again it used to swing 3-4 dollars which in my mind was worse nless your day trading or shorting. I wonder if this tight range we have been trading in is way for the MM's of deterring longs from using margin as the tutes absorb hundreds of thousands of shares?
I'm kicking back buying when I can, it will all unfold in due time.
