re: Preferreds not going through. What really ticks me off is that the vote was 9 FOR and 1 Against. The problem being the people who didn't bother to vote. We barely got the shareholder protection plan passed and it was 10 FOR and ZERO Against. Which was barely enough to have 50% of the possible votes actually voted.

People who never bothered to click on their brokers that they wanted to receive Email notification for Voting their shares of all stocks. Once that is done you get an Email for each of your accounts And it takes maybe 10 seconds to click through the process of voting. U who didn't bother know who you are.
