This is the other part that doesn't add up to me:

why would DBMM continue to address it's SHs with reassurances after they finally "achieved" the goal of suspension and eventual revocation? What's the point if it won't trade ever again and pps/MC will never change again, they would have gotten what they wanted, which some people argue is to go private? To save face? Doesn't add up either...
