After yesterday's drop, my wife is again saying 'you should have sold out'.! Damn, she is right again.

SO, into a condo or some or a single family home?

'm doing OK. Hope your health is better also. Getting out of the downtown area (Marina Towers?) and the congestion will give you a better feeling.

One thing I like about our investors is when they have sold they have no

problem telling the others the stock has peaked. Kind of funny that

this time not only Mickey Britt called for a $100.00 price but called for

even higher prices, this time you have B. Riley calling for over a $100.00

you have Fidelity saying buy and Black Rock not selling but adding and

institutional ownership at all time high. They all should have consulted

with you and the others who say the stock has peaked. We shall see when

the stock trades over $120.00 what you and the others will be saying.

I called for the $100.00 and lived long enough to see it and didn't sell

and right now not selling looks bad but in a few weeks might make one

holding look like a genuis. I hope I live to see it and I can use another

I told you so.


Do you ignore that Microsoft/Nokia is only a partial deal, do you ignore

that LG owes and has been selling 3G phones after agreeing to pay? Do

you deny that ZTE owes for 2G, 3G and any other G's they may be using.

Do you deny Lenovo, and Xaiomi owe for 2G, 3G and any other G's they

may use? Do you deny that all computer companies that use IDCC technology

not only owe for future use but past use also? Do you deny that sensors

and robots are going to be more and more in use in the future? Do you

deny that M2M is not going to grow like a weed as well as the Internet

of things all which will make IDCC money and hopefully a lot more than

Merritt suggests? Tell me when the IDCC future was better than it is

right now.
