The Company delayed its filings in order to eliminate certain aged debt in order to attract non-toxic, mezzanine financing
lol. these jackasses think that's an excuse. i have news for them; the sec doesn't give a shit. if the company thought that was a viable excuse they would have answered the sec when the sec came a callin'. they didn't. these assholes are pathological liars, and they are welcome to tell the sec i said that. lol.
How come they didnt addresd it when they recieved the letter from SEC.They knew it will be suspended.what could be the plan behind all this i am very confused
Yep, if they play it right we should be up and running with no time, if you check on most revoked stocks it was not for delaying their fin but other items were in play.
Shows you how little their knowledge is to put out such a ridiculous, inaccurate statement. There is NOTHING for DBMM to "address" now. The time to "address" was 3/1 when the SEC notified DBMM in writing. When you ignore the SEC, they act and the SEC order CLEARLY spells out that they made an attempt to let the company get this right and DBMM did not. Now game over. DBMM is the sole blame for this. They are the reason why everyone lost all of the money. A company cannot just file extensions indefinitely and that is what the uneducated management of DBMM attempted to do. The issue will be "dealt with." Are they for real? It was already dealt with by the SEC
And I quote from the SEC order,
" On February 27, 2017, a delinquency letter was sent by the Division of Corporation Finance to Intellicell Biosciences, Inc. requesting compliance with its periodic filing obligations, and Intellicell Biosciences, Inc. received the delinquency letter on March 1, 2017, but failed to cure its delinquencies. The Commission is of the opinion that the public interest and the protection of investors require a suspension of trading"
