I hope so. I was actually genuine in my excitement of where DBMM could go. I believed in them and believed their news and promises. Digital Clarity website looks great and they were always active in campaigns etc.
This is my first ticker being suspended and I have decent money tied up here so I'm naturally anxious.
Even if it's a miracle or shot in the dark I hope DBMM C levels prove to us they are honest in their dealings and comply with SEC to a point we can trade again, or at least make a decision to continue to support them or take our money elsewhere.
SEC suspensions for OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink securities have a duration of 10 business days. After the suspension ends, broker-dealers may re-enter their quotes if they comply with Rule 15c2-11. This rule requires the filing, with FINRA, of a new Form 211 which must include the company’s current financial information.
