Seeing MMEX discussed in oil and gas journals makes me also think this is a real effort, not a scam. It is just not happening on our personal desired time schedule. I will be visiting my older brother in Houston this weekend, so will ask him a number of questions. I will have him looking into the MMEX refinery plan and see what he can find out. He left home at 16 years of age and has always worked in the oil business since then. He eventually bought out a pipe checking company,like Tubescope, and built it up to a large company. He is more of a consultant now in the Houston oil business area now. This just may taKE A LITTLE LONGER TO BE SEEN AS GOING TO HAPPEN THAN MOST OF US WISH.

Very true... yet with no significant updates coming soon the PPS will continue to drop. Also the possibility that this is a scam has to be considered as most OTC plays are.
